Your Nighttime Ritual

Close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath in and then slowly exhale. As your
body releases its spent breath, let your mind release any stress or regrets from the
day. Continue to focus on your breath as you relax and let go of the day that has
passed.

Turn on your faucet and allow the water to reach a warm – but not hot – water.
Gently wet your face and grab your Facial Cleanser. Using a dime-sized dollop on
your fingertips, gently massage the cleanser into the skin of your face and neck.
As you continue your cleansing massage, take slow, deep breaths through your
nose. As you exhale, allow your mind to release any tension or worry that has built
up over the course of your day. Calm the thoughts swirling around your mind and
by focusing on the feel of your fingertips massaging your skin. After a minute of
calming massage, use a hot wet washcloth to remove the cleanser from your face
and neck. Pat you face dry with a clean towel.

Continue your focused and relaxed breathing as squeeze out a very small dab of
Eye Serum. Continue to focus on your breathing as you close your eyes. Gently
pat the Eye Serum into your under-eye and eyelid, taking special care to not pull at
the sensitive skin around your eyes. Then, dab a very small dollop of Wrinkle
Serum onto one of your fingertips. Spread the serum around your face and neck
by initially dabbing the serum on your forehead, cheeks, chin and neck, and then
gently massaging it in, nourishing your skin.

Take another deep breath through your nose. Continue to focus on your
breathing and ensure you have enough room to safely bend at the hips and into a
forward fold, decompressing your spine from the weight of the day. As your head
and arms hang toward the ground, imagine a tiny door opening in the top of your
head. Learn from and forgive yourself for any wrongs, forgive others. Imagine any
anxiety, self-doubt, or negative thoughts tumbling out of your mind, creating a
calm and peaceful headspace for restorative sleep to flourish. As you straighten
back up, feel your spine align as your vertebra stack, one on top of the other,
releasing any remaining tension in your body as your muscles return to their
neutral and relaxed position.

Pump two to three pumps of Night Cream onto your fingertips. As you place tiny
dollops of the night cream on your forehead, cheeks, chin and neck, allow each
breath to release any tension. Gently massage the night cream in, taking care not
to pull at your skin.

Relax your shoulders. Relax your jaw. Take another deep breath through your
nose. Close your eyes and thank yourself for the good you did today. Be proud,
and believe in the good you can do tomorrow. Open your eyes as you exhale.

Smile at yourself and leave today behind with three more long, deep breaths.
Sleep well, beautiful. You deserve it.
